位置鬧中取靜，生活機能好，房間空間寬敞又乾淨，還有一樓的廚房的洗滌區設備良好，可沖洗/晾乾餐具盤、回收餐具等。

衛浴無防滑設備、乾洗分離沖洗間未用止滑磁磚，沖洗間地磚為大理石、防水檔亦是，故易滑跤/跌撞後腦勺，或是腳踢防水檔甚疼。

"闆娘服務態度很好，解說清楚，房間比我想像中更寬敞明亮，衛浴空間也很乾淨，離火車站很近，晚上很安靜沒有車輛吵雜聲，主人還準備小點心熱情招待，非常滿意也很喜歡。"
