Ausstattung z.B. wackelige Stühle, Fernseher nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar mit nur einem öffentl. rechtl. Sender ohne Senderverzeichnis, Küche ohne Kochplatte, Spülung im Bad ist öfter weitergelaufen, kein Schrank oder Regal im Zimmer, kein Hinweis zu Kühlschrank u.a.m.
