"Lovely stay"

We recieved a very friendly, warm welcome from the host. The room was nice, clean and spacious with a big smart TV and an amazing view to the bay. All shops are in a walking distance. Overall we were very satisfied and would definitely come back again on our next NC500 trip! 😊

"Friendly and helpful host in a fantastic location."

Rooms were supplied with tea, coffee, plates and cutlery so it was easy to have a simple meal with our supplies. We also visited local restaurants.

It would have been great to stay another night but we didn't get ourselves organised early enough for that.

"Charged the price on our credit card, but cancelled our stay! We never stayed here!"

We never stayed in this accommodation. They cancelled our stay due to overbooking and the hotel managed another accommodation for us. Booking.com informed us by phone about it and promised us to send us the refund and the email with all the details about the new accommodation ect. We never got this. They charged us for this accommodation (2 nights), even though we never stayed there. Nobody is reacting on our compliant. So we have no other choice than to leave this review! I am happy to delete this review, if this matter can be finally solved!
