TROne of our most comfortable stays in our total Bali-Lombok-Flores trip! Budi is a great person, from the first greeting onwards he made us feel at home. After our first stay we left part of our luggage here when heading to our Rinjani trek and came back for another night’s stay to relax in the beautiful beach of Gili Air. The homestay is 600 meters to the harbor (if you have a backpack, no problem to walk the distance), and 350 meters to the beach. Also very close to the main street of Gili Air where you have a supermarket, several other shops and some good warungs. A quiet oasis. 100 percent recommended!
Actually, nothing. Maybe you just need to know that the pleasant bamboo bungalows are not sound proof so talk in a low voice inside, in order not to annoy your neighbours :) Also need to know that the tap water is slightly salty which is normal in a small island like Gili Air and no problem at all.
