GBGreat location, very close distance to the city beach, canal and restaurants. I had a room with a view of the Marina which was really nice. I liked the common kitchen with all the necessary things like tea and coffee. I had a nice stay.
PLEasy access to the property. Good location but noisy in the night.
Dirty toilet, dirty table next to the bed, cold inside and noisy area (disco until 3:00 am).

4th floor without elevator. Low ceilings. No TV remote.
LTIt's a great choice when you're looking for a budget place in the center with an air conditioning (such a huge plus!). The room is minimalistic, but has everything what you need and is really spacious. Bathroom is very beautiful and large. Didn't use the shared kitchen much, but really appreciated the fridge to keep our food in. We got a free parking space right in front of the building, so it couldn't be better. The communication was super-smooth, we felt welcomed and taken care of. Really couldn't ask for more, a great place to stay
