"Lovely clean guest house and super friiendly host."

The host was a really lovely, friendly guy. He was happy for me to make myself a cup of tea (after a long hospital shift) he even gave me some homemade crisps (which were delicious). He then showed me to my room, the room itself was basic, but clean and tidy and did the job. I was then showed where the bathroom and toilet were, (both very nice & clean) I had a lovely hot shower, towels were provided. Overall I had a good stay, because it was only a couple of minutes from the hospital, i would definitely book to stay again..Thank you.

Not dislike, but I would of liked my own bathroom/toilet. Although it was nice and clean.

Location was spot on, I was visiting family in Grantham. The room was comfortable and facilities, such as tea/coffee was very good.

The pillows could have been a little more comfortable, that said, I didn't ask for replacements....so my fault.

I didn’t like anything about the property, I felt uncomfortable but maybe I should of taken more notice when booking it was a room in someone else’s house.
