Clean place, comfy bed, good internet, close to Hamilton garden which is the most interesting tourist attraction in Hamilton. Also good connection to the highways leading to Hobbiton and Waitomo Caves. So quite a convenient base for day trips there.

"The best accommodation in Hamilton: cheap and perfect!"

The apartment was incredibly clean, the host was really kind and gave us all hat we need. He told us a few places to visit before going! The shower is very big and provides everything that we needed (shampoo, body shower, hair dryer,…). Also they gave us Netflix to have a relax night!

Exceptionally clean and tidy and very well presented. Bed was super comfy. Herman was very thorough in advising how to access flat as arrived in the wee hours of the am. Would absolutely stay here again!
