Unkomplizierte Kommunikation, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Modern eingerichtet und gut gelegen. Es wird sehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet und in unserem längeren Aufenthalt wurde sogar zwischendurch gereinigt, TOP - vielen Dank !

Obwohl Nahe an der Hildesheimerstrasse gelegen, war es im Schlafzimmer absolut ruhig. Die Wohnng ist sauber und schmuck eingerichtet.

Really happy with this property, and the landlord, a Gentleman. The accommodation was spacious and immaculately clean. Regarding location for the trade fair, Standing at the front door your looking at the tram stop and its only a short ride to the fairgrounds, you just couldn't get better.

Close, 3 tram stations from the fairgrounds. 3 tram lines, bakery, restaurant, grocery within 100m radius. Quiet neighborhood, spacious, clean, very well equipped. Reasonable priced. 10⭐️ for perfect host

"We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is large, in good location and the owner was very helpful."

Very large apartment in excellent location in close proximity to u-bahn stop. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and three separate bedrooms. The apartment was very clean and the host was extremely helpful.

The only thing that could be improved is the internet connection, it was painfully slow so we had to resort to using our mobile data instead.
