Guests are required to check in before 20:00 and if they can not make it by 20:00, they are strongly required to call the hotel and inform the estimated arrival time. Otherwise, rooms will be canceled. The property provides charged shuttle bus that goes between Kaohsiung, Kenting and the hotel. The hotel provides charged half-day tour guide service in Kenting. The deposit is 50% of the full room rate. No breakfast is provided. Please note that different from hotel, B&B does not have staff on shift. In order not to disturb the owner of the B&B, please check in between 9:00 to 22:00. Guests are required to pay the deposit by bank transfer within 3 days to secure the booking. Otherwise, rooms will be canceled. Guests are required to inform the hotel after the bank transfer is made.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
