I loved the ambience, the place was clean, it had a great, cozy vibe. The kitchen was really well-equipped, the host was extremely nice, and she kept the place clean, tidy and ready to use at all times. It really felt like home for a couple of days.

"Ο ΟΡΙΣΜΟΣ ΤΟΥ ΑΝΤΙΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΣΜΟΥ"

Η κράτηση αφορούσε τους γονείς μου, οι οποίοι τελικά δεν διέμειναν. Την προηγούμενη ημέρα ενημερωθήκαμε τηλεφωνικά ότι το μπάνιο είναι εκτός δωματίου, κάτι που δεν αναφερόταν στην κράτηση. Ζητήσαμε ακύρωση, όμως δεν προβλεπόταν επιστροφή χρημάτων, οπότε συμφωνήσαμε να προχωρήσει κανονικά και να σας ενημερώσουμε για την ώρα άφιξης. Την ημέρα της άφιξης δεν υπήρχε ανταπόκριση τηλεφωνικά και στείλαμε μήνυμα ότι οι γονείς μου θα φτάσουν στις 14:00. Η απάντηση ήταν ότι το check-in είναι στις 15:00. Σας υπενθύμισα ευγενικά τη μεταξύ μας συμφωνία, χωρίς καμία προσβλητική διάθεση. Παρόλα αυτά, μας ζητήσατε να ακυρώσουμε την κράτηση ενώ οι άνθρωποι ήταν ήδη στον δρόμο, και επικοινωνήσατε απευθείας μαζί τους λέγοντάς τους να μην έρθουν, υποσχόμενη επιστροφή χρημάτων. Δεν έχω εικόνα του χώρου, όμως μόνο αυτή η συμπεριφορά είναι απαράδεκτη και δεν συνάδει με τον χώρο της φιλοξενίας. Λίγη περισσότερη ψυχραιμία και επαγγελματισμός θα ήταν το ελάχιστο αναμενόμενο.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ όμορφο και ηλιόλουστο, ο χώρος ζεστός και πάντα καθαρός, η οικοδέσποινα πολύ εξυπηρετική. Σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε.

"Lovely place to stay"

Lovely staff, in the city center, close to everything. Very quiet, comfortable amenities. Yoga places, spaces and rooftop very nice. WIFI could be slightly more reliable, but you're here to connect differently. I was by myself for this night, that was perfect.
