Staff were friendly

We turned up to the property to find ants all over our room with hair on the floor. We then went into the bathroom to find that the toilet had no seat or lid it had been broken off and not replaced. It’s just really lazy not to replace that and let your guests fall into the bowl. We also had no soap, just an empty bottle by the sink. The air con never worked properly and on night two an error code came up. Staff tried to reset it, worked for 2 minutes before the error code came back. We actually checked out a day early and went to another place down the road. The family were nice but the room was rubbish, management clearly doesn’t care if they leave you with a missing toilet seat.

Not clean. Pretty noisy. Ppl roaming around..

they cancelled on me last minute and told me the room wasn't available hence i had to change my plans that day and stay somewhere else. I asked for a refund and they didn't respond to me properly

Good place to stay for a good price.
