The location and homestay is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The staff helped us to seamlessly organise several amazing activities including a houseboat ride which is a must-do. We did yoga every morning with an excellent instructor and also took advantage of the on-site massage and steam which was excellent. The breakfast was included and was lovely with different dishes each day. They catered for vegetarians as long as you advised in advance. We also had dinners here for a small extra cost and these were equally good. Overall, a great place to relax and get away from everything. Thank you.

One of the best homestay i've visited! A perfect place to relax. Location is very beautiful and close to nature. The place is very well maintained. Shanta Kochamma,the hostess and Renju, the manager were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. They treat you likr family, and make this a true "Home"stay! Home cooked food was yummy. Room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean. There was a small library just outside the room which had a nice collection of books. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back to this place again. Thank you Aunty and Renju for being a wonderful host!

The place really beautiful, clean and peaceful. You can take autorickshaw to go to the Fort and visit the places around.

I bit isolated- but that had its own charm!

The place was tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Kottayam town , but not too far away. The only sound was that of the birds and the wind. A perfect place to relax or work from! Shanta Kochamma, the hostess and Renji, the manager, were most gracious and helpful. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The river had a mystic calmness to it and I enjoyed a boat ride one afternoon. The food and breakfast were wonderful. Authentic Kerala cuisine, very tastefully prepared. Not many places are able to provide homely, local food, so this was really nice. The day I arrived, I had not asked for breakfast, but they managed to muster a quick breakfast for me. Being slightly remote, one has to be organised for food and transportation. They were able to get an auto/taxi on prior notice.

It was a perfect stay! The main road is about a kilometre away, so one has to walk to an auto or plan ahead and call for it earlier. No other hotels nearby- so need to be organised and pre-order food or eat in town and come back.
