"Gemütlich- familiär- unkompliziert"

Zimmer im 3er-WG Stil. Angenehm : gute Dusche, Rollos zum Verdunkeln. Mikrowelle , Kühlschrank u Wasserkocher. Super nette Leute. Nah zum Rheinufer. Geschäft (in 300m ?) Umkreis vorhanden. Frühstück im nahegelegenen Cafe mgl

Für mich gewöhnungsbedürftig: sehr hellhörig. Gemeinsames Bad - aber das war ja vorher klar.

Ich habe um 20:30 Uhr den Check-In mit Schlüsselsafe genutzt, da die Rezeption nicht besetzt war. Aber ab 22 Uhr war diese wieder besetzt und das Personal konnte mir meine Smart Heizung im Zimmer einschalten, da die Außentemperatur recht niedrig war.

Für mich (Besuch einer Fortbildung) perfekt. Ich denke auch, die Innenstadt ist gut erreichbar. Praktisch für mich ist die Küche. Nicht ganz so schön ist die kälte auf dem Gang und in der Toilette. Ich war dort schon öfter und wusste aber, was mich erwartet. Der Hausherr ist extrem freundlich, alles kann man besprechen. Die Gegend hält auch Parkplätze bereit, unmittelbar in der nähe ist eine schöne Parkanlage direkt am Fluss.
