Homestay Umbai Kelana

The family suite was very clean and well equipped. Kids love the attic and the almost private pool at doorstep. Location is a five minute walk to Umbai jetty, ideal for a day trip to Besar Island. A restaurant is just next door and many others within a 5 min walking distance.

A little far off the main road if you don’t drive like me. However getting Grab rides is no issue when you need to get somewhere.

nothing to like about this place other than the overbearing and somewhat unfridly hosts

The host didn't tell us to lock the gate in the middle of the night, then there was another customer who wanted to come in, the host told us to open the door for them,the customer told us they have informed the owner not to lock the gate,in the middle of the night the host could easily come only just to turn off the light if we didn't use it?are the host thinking that ourselves were her relatives??shut down the pool water pump without telling us that there is a limit for bathing in the pool?. didn't tell us that there would be maintenance work the next day without thinking about our privacy,near to the pool that we are getting swimming there,we reported that there were some broken items, not because of us, but as if we were telling them,we the one that have been blame..besides that there were only one toilet to take bath and the design of the stairs to coming up was to hazard,it's small and narrow not recommend for adults or children to use it and the mattress was too thin

No breakfast and the location was good with lot of eatery places and shop to buy basic things.

So far nothing.
