Everything was great

The staff and host were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to take care of my dogs, which was such a relief. The meals were delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. The ambiance was calm and relaxing.

Nothing I can remember

A mosquito net so we can open the window during the night would have been great

Quite. Food was great. Good WiFi.

It was fairly warm at night. Didn’t sleep well. Would have been nice to have a fan.

Alphas homestay was brilliant. Access though a game park. Excellent accomodation, food & pool. Ideal for the Lake Naivasha, nicely isolated from the busy areas. Chris, Mathoni and their staff made us feel very welcome.

The location and the place is beautiful. The staff are also very good and warm.

I liked everything.

Great homestay! Owners are extremely friendly and great hosts. Alice and the rest of the team are the soul of the homestay and make you feel like you’re part of the family. We miss Alice’s cooking already! We also really enjoyed touring the private gardens. The owners have a great home and property! Last but not least, we will miss the “security team” of Shadow, Cassius, Fluffy, Olivia, and Mila :)

We liked how private it is: no hotels or loud neighbors, we felt like the only ones in the whole savanna. We also enjoyed driving around the property right after breakfast, around 8.30 am as there always are wild animals pasturing. We met giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, warthogs, monkeys, gazelles and antilopas as we drove around. As for the accommodation, it is very clean, neat, well-maintained. There's everything you may need, including a bathrobe. The kid really enjoyed the swimming pool and playing with the host's dogs.
