Nice double and single rooms in the quiet area with excellent shared facilities

Great value for money! Spacious room with both double and single beds. I loved that it was well away from the built up city centre, not far from Dartmoor National Park and Saltash, which has a river spanning bridge. I’ve stayed there before but this time I also had access to the pleasant living room space which I also liked.

My room door wouldn’t lock so I couldn’t use the code. I couldn’t use the oven because the dials are faded. Some written instructions would be helpful.

Nothing was terrible would never book again

The hall house was a dump and no tvs there totally a was a waste of money very disappointed never again

The place was suitable comfortable and very clean location was great

We came back to the house after a day out and our bedroom door was wide open but we definitely shut it before leaving messages the owners and we had no response after this unfortunately it put us off.

Great accommodation, clean, quiet, had the basics.

Not overly important but perhaps TV.
