St Annes House

Wow, what an incredible, beautiful big house. The most stunning location with wonderful amenities on site meaning we did not have to venture off to celebrate our friend. Neal and Tracey were both so welcoming and lovely being on hand if we needed anything all whilst giving us our freedom and space. Everything we needed was there and the house helped us host the most organised, stunning hen do!!

Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect for what we wanted. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous, very well equipped down to the finer detail. It had a very warm and homely feel to it. I am very impressed and will definitely be looking to rebook.

St annes house is advertised as a 10 bedroom house. It is not! It's only 7 bedrooms.

I booked St. Annes for a large group for a teaching week in Plymouth University. The house had more than enough space for everyone and a well equipped kitchen. The pool and hot tub marquee area was a highlight and was great in the evening time for a few drinks. The house was located about 15 minutes from Plymouth city centre by car and was right beside the sea as well. Our hosts were very attentive and sorted us out with anything we needed like diesel for the space heaters and a change of hot tub water. They were also very understanding when we broke a window and the issue was dealt with in a fair and professional manner. Couldn't recommend this place enough. We'll be back for our next teaching week.

We had an amazing stay in St Anne's House for my birthday. The lovely owners do all they can to make their guests' experience enjoyable. The spacious house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It has a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining room, a comfortable lounge and three bathrooms. There was plenty of room for the fourteen of us in the seven bedrooms (although the owners went above and beyond by allowing two of the children to sleep in the onsite shepherds huts). The highlight of our stay was spending time in the private pool, hot tub and bar area. The marquee means they can be used in all weathers and a shower in an old phone box adds a quirky touch. We also loved the alpacas and pony that live there. The owners allowed us to bring two dogs which was appreciated. The onsite chef catered my birthday meal at a very reasonable cost and the food was delicious. It was a special weekend and we hope to stay again one day.

There was nothing not to like - St Anne's House is the perfect venue for a group holiday or family celebration.
