"For the price I would rather spend a little more to stay in a Motel / inn near by"

Location is great if you plan to visit Richmond BC, the owner is nice.

I was expecting a motel/inn stay but instead it was just one of the room + washroom inside the owner's house. The house is clean and tidy but "Everything" seems outdated and inconvenience because I think the owner also live in the same house.

Beautiful home with the most helpful host in the central area of Richmond. I felt very welcomed and would come again any time. Quiet neighbourhood, well-kept house and room just perfect for the price.
