Staff were good The way we wanted he cooked dishes. Tasty food with less oil. The surrounding is very calm with lush green trees.

The hotel is little far from the main road and the road is not good. To reach there by walk is very difficult.

The caretaker was really awesome. Nice guy, Thank u!

Firstly, a staff member named Mr. Jawahar Singh was completely non-courteous, non-cooperative, rude and had no manners to talk. He didn't understand even 'H' of Hospitality. The property and rooms seemed fine in pictures but on check in we found very smelly rooms as if the bedsheets, and matress had not been dry cleaned and rooms had been kept closed and unventilated since ages. Thereby, we requested Mr. Jawahar Singh to atleast turn on AC for removal of humidity till the time we complete mere check in formalities, he denied on that too and asked for payment first. We people had checked in at 11-12 in the night. It was obvious, we couldn't have gone anywhere else and had left with no option but to spend the night. So we paid. The funny part is one of our friend asked Mr. Jawahar that "Machar (mosquitoes) kaat rhe hain" and was about to ask for any mosquito repellent spray or anything like that, to which impromptly Mr. Jawahar responded "Sir so jaao fir nhi kaatenge" 😛😆😆😂. Ikr funny! but you don't tell this to a guest especially who reserved the booking using bookings.com where they can leave their reviews. Moreover, cap of toilet seat was unclean and broken and jet spray was not working in our friends' room. Walls had major cracks but that was avoidable, so not commenting on that. I had spoken to the owner of the Property Mr. Akhil before reaching and saw his prompt responses on positive and negative reviews both, by which I had an impression that it must be a proactive team taking care of the property and hospitality, so I convinced my friends to skip on our regular stay options in Tapovan, Rishikesh, Shivpuri or nearby areas. Hence, we left early morning the next day. I am glad that we didn't require to take any food, or any other in house facilities from them. I suggest other travellers opting to stay at this property to check in at day time, so that you can choose appropriate option for your goodself.

A must visit place!! 1. Behaviour of the staff was very kind & helpful. 2.Everything was so organised & clean. 3. Cafe food was so delicious & healthy.

1. The frequent power cuts. The night we stayed there, electricity was gone the whole night and we had to sleep without AC and fan. 2. The bathrooms stank very bad.

So we had the pleasure of staying with such an amazing host Mr. Chauhan . He is so brilliant in nature that me n my husband just planned for a couple of days and we ended up staying for 8 freaking days . Damn beautiful views , peaceful environment that wild plus beautiful vibe . The location of nature villa is just perfect and highly recommendation for the hospitality and food . Chauhan ji made us greedy , can't skip this place . If planning for a nature-some and amazing time this is the place . There's no proper shopping mart but chai omelette tapris are there else anything you require from the city area all you have to do is ask Chauhan ji he can arrange things also a cool guide who suggested us near by unexplored places . Not to mention brother Akhil , who was again a great company to chill n party .
