The property was great! Very centrally located, within easy walking distance of the center of Floripa. Wonderful hosts who were very attentive and helpful. I would absolutely stay again!

Everything was great!

I had a wonderful stay - everything was just perfect. The place felt like a home away from home: cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The hostess was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Location is great, close to the city centre, public transport, and yet in a quiet area. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I loved staying at Chris' house. She's an awesome host and my bedroom was comfortable. It had AC which I used on some nights to sleep. The beds were comfortable. The shower hot and with good pressure. Most days sharing the one bathroom with owner and 1 room of other guest(s) was never an issue. The shared kitchen was well equipped and large enough to share as needed. The location was near the old town (about 15 minute walk) and nearby a bus stop that accessed all beaches except southern. The transportation hub next to bus station (about 15 minute walk) accessed all destinations. It was very convenient. Chris gave lots of great suggestions for things to do.

As it was rainy, biting bugs were active, so open windows instead of AC was not a comfortable option. This was not an issue specific to this property, but should be a consideration for Spring travelers with allergic reactions to insects such as myself.

Calm area, AC and very very nice guest close to Bus Terminal. You ll feel very welcome
