Very nice location. Serene setting.

A little loud for my liking but that was likely because people were staying up late to celebrate Tet. Not soundproofed.

Beautiful spacious apartments, free bike rental outside the season, laundry service, billiards, swimming pool, amazing views of the surroundings, delicious breakfast.

In the first room, the air conditioning and hot water didn't work, when I asked for another room so that we could have heat (we were out of season), I was told that it's cold in Vietnam and that the air conditioning never heats up. Our friends were in the second room, but everything worked for them. After a while, we got another room where everything worked.

"As perfect as could be"

The property is lovely and so is Mike, he helped us with everything during our stay there over the national day holidays. There were heavy rains prior to our arrival which affected the lake view area and the road to the resort but otherwise everything was perfect.
