The room was really worth the price. There are 2 queen size beds and a bath bathtub in the room. It just amazing.

There are no fridge and no TV in the room, but it isn't a big deal.

This is a great location if you want to get immersed in the beauty of Ninh Binh. The staff are so helpful and there is really cheap moped and bike hire for exploring the area.

Reception and staff alike were extremely friendly and accommodating. Although the weather was overcast and often wet, there was plenty to do in the area. Bicycles and motorbikes are available, but if you don't mind walking, we found it to be convenient and easy to get around the area and probably noticed more detail than we would have on two wheels. And take note, For You Ninh Binh Boutique does not take credit cards for final payment at check out. We were aware of this and it did not present a problem for us. English spoken here. Breakfast options are limited to four choices. There is an old pomelo tree in the courtyard that has fragent-scented blossoms.

To be very honest I would find it difficult to be positive about the hotel/location. The staff were friendly, but the images on the bookings.com web site are a tad mis leading.

The rooms, cold, damp and the mattress was like sleeping on concrete. The beds were very low! We booked 3 nights and left after one!

The view is nice but not worth it, stay in Tam Coc and rent bicycles. They booked us a taxi and a tour which were both good, unlike the homestay.

They insist on keeping your passport, this is the first time in months of travelling I have found this and was very uncomfortable. This homestay is just far too expensive, I have been backpacking for months and thought this would be a little bit of comfort. The room was simple, the beds were extremely hard, even for Southeast Asia, the light kept changing colour every minute which was extremely irritating. The food was absolutely appalling, most of the menu wasn't available so we ordered what was. A "Tofu hotpot" was some warm water with tofu and spinach floating in it and a pizza which had some ketchup and a bit of cheese on it. The breakfast menu also wasn't actually available and we had two options to choose from, we chose toast which was stale, and bananas which never came. The wifi was also extremely weak and there was no reception there. Save your money, go to Tam Coc and stay somewhere better for half the price.

Everything. The rooms are perfect, the bathroom is superb, the staff are super sweet, the location is breathtaking and the staff organise everything you need.

The rooms were very spacious

We loved staying here. The most beautiful location and friendly and attentive staff. It is a bit far out, but that made it more peaceful. Very clean and comfortable. Most wonderful view of the sunset too!

The bedroom was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The outside area had a nice pool and lounge. The lady that received us was always so very nice to us what made the stay more pleasant. Also the surroundings were very peaceful and We very much enjoyed the Area. They had motorbikes to rent for 150k/day which was very good price

The breakfast could improve a lot. Only western option was toast with fried eggs and salad, which wasnt the best. We were hungry not much time after breakfast and you also didnt have water/coffee/juice/yes for self serving was its normal in most places. Another low point was the hot water which didnt last much long. Another thing was that even though the location was beautiful you had to rent a bike to move places because it was very isolated. There were taxis and Grab but quite expensive compared with what we payed in other places. You could also rent a bike but i dont advise because of the distancie between places and you would get very tired.

Located in a peaceful location surrounded by stunning nature. The property was spotless.
