Emplacement parfait, rue calme à 3 minutes de marche du centre. Hôtes qui font absolument tout pour vous mettre à l’aise, de la réservation des activités, des transports vers d’autres villes au petit déjeuner, tout est carré. Hôtes qui aiment rencontrer et partager avec les voyageurs. Je recommande fortement cette famille qui sera aux petits soins pour votre séjour !

I love my room number 302, I had a huge, private balcony, breakfast in the morning was great. I rented a scooter there very reasonably the owners were very kind and helpful, the bed was comfortable sheets were soft, super clean. I’m not sure if the AC was working but the fan made it good great location highly recommend this place.

Location it's ok. Breakfast was ok but we couldn't drink our teas since they were full of bugs. They let us leave our luggage for the day after check out which was very nice and we really appreciated it. Room was spacious.

There is a big construction going on in the house, they started at 7 am. the entrance is full of the building material, it's not pleasant. As soon as we got here, they tried to sell a very pricey tours (which you don't need to explore Ninh Binh). I think they didn't like that we said no. Same with the bus tickets. Bikes were not free. Pool was dirty and next to the construction.
