It is wood house build in a small size, the way interior built is amazing, we start of taking a photo shoot while leaving, and spend 3 hrs, but time not permitted. Worth for staying.

AC is not available, but management in the plan of fixing soon.

The authentic wooden house. Near lake. Cooling at night. Spacious rooms and bathrooms.

Very far from main road. We went in night it looks scary at night as not much lights. House looks neat but abit dusty and too many insects as it's a open concept hall.

Room size

The property was so good in ambience and service they provided. They are very open and flexible for customers requests and needs. A very different experience in a typical kerala style "naalukettu". Very spacious bathroom also and they provide a kitchen too with basic amenities. This will be a perfect place for those looking for a friends meetup in a very cozy, calm and quite place.

My visit was during summer, its too difficult to stay without air-conditioning, but the management's statememt for this is to maintain their traditional wooden infrastructure they have to avoid AC. And also its pretty difficult for those reaching here by public transport system, The property is about 3kms outskirts of the NH66 so the roads might be muddy or non tarred.

The whole place was so peaceful

Just that there are no restaurants available and also AC would have made my state little cool
