Nothing 😞 😞 😞 unprofessional bad experience.

I don't no seriously why Booking. Com will take this kind of unprofessional Homestay. I would like to tell first I should stop using booking. Com. I was booked this room for one night stay with my family and paid advance also. After reaching home stay the proprietor Nachappa telling room are given to someone. So he wil refund the amount. I will make sure this kind of things should not happen to public. I am going to put this in social media with pictures. I think booking. Com and Proprietor are main culprit in this case.
