Location and facilites
I reach Troika around 6.00pm to check in. When I went to receptionist counter, no one available. When I tried to contact number given , nobody pick up. I waited for 15 minutes at the receptionist. Then I went to mailbox to look for access card and key. I was not given any passcode to open the mail box lock. I had to asked my son to slip his hand inside the mail box to get the key. After 1 hour I enter the apartment, then I got to know that the caretaker wrongly texted check in information to other mobile number, that is the reason I did not get my check in information. The caretaker did not even pick up my call and take quite long to response to my whatsapp. Overall , poor service by caretaker. To make it worse, caretaker sharing confidential information to the wrong person. Please dismiss this caretaker and find a good one that is responsive.
