"Homely B&B on the canal"

It felt like a home away from home. I had access to a kitchen and living room in addition to my bedroom and bathroom. I also liked its proximity to the centre and to my workplace for the week. The kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped and the level of privacy was excellent. The house is tastefully decorated with beautiful original artwork on display throughout. I will definitely return to Uit de Kunst.

I would have preferred if the bathroom was connected to the bedroom. However, it was not problematic that the bathroom was separate as there was complete privacy on the floor that I stayed on.

Amazing location close to the city center and train station. The room was great, everything was very clean, and Gea and Kees are super friendly and welcoming hosts! I would highly recommend this place.

When we arrived at the B&B it was even more than we expected . I don't think the pictures do it justice. The room is really spacious and ideal for a family of 4. The whole place its gorgeous, modern and has everything one needs to enjoy a good stay in the town. It is close to everything . Perfect. Will be back for sure.

Lovely hosts. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Good facilities and easy to use. Great location to city centre.

Some of the guests were very loud in early hours which disturbed our sleep. Lots of shouting and banging. Clearly intoxicated.
