Big enough for 25 pax. Price reasonable. Lots of nearby shops. Easy for Dine in & outing. Free Parking. Near tourists sport. Sufficient utilities including karaoke set, piano, mahjong set, steamboat set, etc.

It suit middle or younger age group as some of the bad are on floor. For certain people may have difficulty to come up from bed.
