Just minor on the outside, would be best to have plants and keep outside well maintained so it's alive and happy when you first look at it.

The property is situated in a nice and clean community. It felt safe to walk around at night. There were food stalls, cafeterias, and stores mearby. It was 10-20minutes away from Adventist University of the Philippines. The house is complete and perfect for family stay. It was also child-friendly. The owner was very much accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

Fully Air-conditioned Responsive Owner Good location Internet Easy access Clean Beddings and etc.

There are some small centipede in the kitchen sink and in the master's bathroom and bad odor. The floor was a bit dusty. The tv speaker was not working properly. Showers are not properly cleaned and sanitized.
