Sigiri Saman Home Stay

Very nice room and the garden is fantastic to relax. The house is located in a beautiful forest, bery quiet but still very close to everything. Saman and his family are very friendly and super helpful. They helped me in arranging tours and my bus ride. They breakfast is huge and very nice

We had a great homestay experience at Sigiri Saman. The rooms was clean and the breakfast was excellent! Little extra like basin and small pail was a great add on! We went up the Rock on our first day and came down almost noontime and yet we were served breakfast even if it was beyond the breakfast time they alloted.

The location is very close to the attractions. The breakfast was also very good. Additionally, the room was very large and spacious.

Unfortunately, there is something in the forest that makes it somewhat dangerous to walk there late at night, so I would completely avoid it. There was also a strong sewage smell in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was clean, but there were quite a lot of insects and animals both inside the room and outside.

Extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Gegend mitten in der Natur (wunderschön) und in Nähe zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausgehmöglichkeiten.

蚊や虫が多い

Wir haben hier zwei Nächte verbracht. Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage und ist wie eine kleine Oase mit großem Garten. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat uns bei unseren Anliegen weuter geholfen (Rollermiete, TukTuk morgens zum Pidurangala Rock). Morgens haben wir ein großes Frühstück serviert bekommen, für uns war es sogar etwas zu viel. Viele Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.

Es gab während unserer Aufenthaltes kleine Umbauarbeiten, die uns aber nicht gestört haben. Wir fanden die Klimaanlage etwas laut (könnte evtl. stören, wenn man leichteren Schlaf hat) und der Ausfluss im Badezimmer hat muffig gerochen, wobei der Besitzer des Homestays sich darum sofort nach unserem Checkout kümmern will!
