"環境很棒，空間很大，還有麻花卷試吃包，大廳空間也很讚，游泳池更棒～包棟的話還可以使用電動麻將桌跟KTV，價格也不算特別貴，整體來說很棒"

"Bad communication and policies"

Clean room, good location

Communication with staff was not ok. No information provided up front, they never said they would only be there until 5 for check-in (also nowhere specified on booking), but then suddenly start pushing us to be there asap. No other communication, except for checkout time, which made us feel like they didn't care about our stay. And then we couldn't use the pool (or anything else) anymore after checkout, which was really annoying, since we planned on using it while waiting for the boat. If they really want this weird policies, they should mention this BEFORE booking.
