It is a home stay in a very well maintained house with lovely and caring family. The Apartament itself is really spacious and clean. There is everything what you need for a comfortable stay and the garden is is a big plus. Thank you for this lovely experience and for hosting me and taking care for all the aspects that made my trip to Srinagar so smooth. It was better experience that i could expect.

It is slighty far from main amenities of the city - although IT is fairy easy to get everywere by tuktuk. On the other hand IT is quite and nice housing area.

The place is clean and comfortable

The host misled and over charged me. I am sure this is the same treatment every foreign tourist gets here.

I really like this place.convenient and clean .There is a delivery service to the airport. The owner here is friendly, great service. Javeed mane of owner.Have dinner and breakfast(free).

Comfortable and clean

I had travelled for work and not as a tourist. I just wanted a quite place near the airport. The owner was very helpful and friendly. He offered airport pickup and drop service at a reasonable rate. He also drove me to my place of business and back at a reasonable rate. The staff was polite. The room was clean and comfortable. Simple homemade food was available for breakfast and dinner.

There was not very much to dislike. Just one small point that I may mention. I had booked the room with breakfast included for 2 persons. However, only I was able to travel. I did not ask for and was not offered any reduction in the breakfast cost for the person who was not able to travel. The dinner, while simple and tasty, was, at Rs. 500/- per person, on the costly side. In contrast, on the last day of my stay I was able to go to Dal lake with a friend. We both had dinner at a restaurant facing Dal lake, and could be expected to be very expensive given its location. However, that cost us less than Rs. 500/-
