Staff was nice. Rooms were spotlessly clean and big. Plus we had the best breakfast in Kashmir here.

A bit noisy

It’s great place to stay and location is perfect for city explorer

Rooms were spacious and were newly renovated. Hot water was available. Food offered was homely and tasty

It's a quite residential area . The room heater was not enough for the warmth in th room. Also frequent power-cuts only made it worse. Nearby mosque prayers early in the morning would not help for a relaxing sleep.

Hotel staff were very good. Imran the manager was always available and was very responsive. We stayed in 3rd floor rooms were spacious and clean. Have room heaters and power back up. Wifi was available. Hot water was available.

Location wise not so grt as it is just beside the clinic. You will get the hospital smell when u r outside. Parking space available. It is a homestay and not a hotel. Food - home made food and tasty. Very limited options though. As the rooms were at 3rd floor was tough for my mom to take the stairs. No lift option.

Everything was perfect. My room and the bathroom was large and clean, the staff friendly and helpful. Imran Ali, the manager perfectly organised my stay - car, excursions, meals, and so on. The meal was good, tasty, home-made meal. Thank you again, I’ll come back!

Very clean and neat property. Very well maintained. Excellent breakfast. Very courteous staff (Jai) and even more helpful and courteous manager (Imran). Very committed and helpful owner of the property. Owners are a Doctor couple, despite their busy work schedule, they are so committed to help and guide the home stay residents. Made us feel like we are their family members. Hats off to them !

2nd floor room, with no lift, no complaints though as the room was big and extremely well maintained
