Modern and nicely decorated, spacious rooms with some kitchenette facilities and en-suite shower/WC.

Kitchenette facilities are limited, ie just a microwave for ‘cooking’.

We did n't realise it was just a room with nobody there It lacked a kitchen

The accommodation was beautiful, although I found the TV very difficult to access any stations, I had to watched Netflix all the time.

The bed was uncomfortable for me, I felt I could feel the springs, I'm only 50kg so not that heavy.

Location was excellent

Providing shampoo and body wash would have been appreciated

The room was really spacious and we had everything we needed. There was parking and self check in, which made things easier. Short walk to the harbour and town. Nice, quiet location

The room was spacious and mostly clean. The location was reasonable to the centre/harbour but not 5 minutes as stated...we are fit and it took us 15 mins. Access to ironing facilities. The fridge. On site parking. The cat who came to visit.

Bathroom fan was exceptionally noisy. There was dust below the radiator in the bathroom. Satellite TV didn't work, it took 30 minutes to work out how to access streaming service, a note would have been helpful as the hosts were aware it was broken. The safe was closed therefore unusable. The message to contact hosts was exclusively via booking.com message app (2 hour response time) except "IN EMERGENCY" ...while we appreciate they were trying to offer privacy, this felt unwelcoming, all other hosts have given us access to their help without impeding on our privacy. The broken TV wasn't an emergency, but still a hindrance to our enjoyment. Only 1 tea bag and no milk in room. There was no facility to wash used dishes. There were used toiletries from other guests in the drawer and rollers with hair attached. All this is unlike any other experience we've had in all of Ireland in our 2 week stay.
