Overall, everything was ok, has all the necessary things. Excellent for those who like quiet environment. I like it as it is only 8 minutes drive away from the train station..

Room a bit small to perform my solat, luckily the direction is just nice to fit the empty space behind the door.

"Recommended to people who want a cheap stay in Butterworth."

The location is speck in the middle of town, which is a convenience for travellers. The famous Nasi Kandar Beratoq Pokok Ketapang is just within walking distance. The owner provided a large parking space just in front of the homestay. You can also find some umbrellas if it was raining. The room was acceptably clean.

I wish the cleaning team would clean up the air vent in the toilet as it was very filthy and dusty. There were some people smoking at the venue, and it didn't help that I am asthmatic, and the smell went to my room.
