NZNZEven though we were housed under the owners' living area, we were completely independent and very comfortable in a new, clean and quiet environment with more than adequate kitchen/dining/laundry area available in their garage. Our days were full while in Tauranga and surrounding area, but the unit was a great base to return to in the evening.

Narrow driveway as it's the house at the back. Took many multiple point turns of my car to drive out. Safer than reversing all the way pass front house and on road.
