Owner was nice

Location is super noisy with the main road and an open restaurant next door, and for 500 plus bhat a night you can get a better room with your own bathroom, I asked for a towel and she said no first time ever I have had a private with no towels

La propriétaire de la chambre a été extrêmement gentille, elle a organisé pour moi les transports sur deux jours et donné des conseils et des renseignements sur Chiang Khan. La proximité à la rue piétonne et le prix sont les points forts de cet établissement

Le lit était pas très confortable

Very kind lady, cares for you and gives you tips for where to go and what to see. Balcony 1. floor same as the traditional rooms. Very clean. Small shop opposite and a great eatery next . Very recommended.!

The location to the walking street is great, you can see the Mekong from the roof terrace too and watch monks collecting alms in the morning- a very special experience. The host is absolutely wonderful too.

The room opens onto a main road which can be quite noisy, recommend a pair of earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

J’ai aimé l’accueille et c’est proche de toute commodité. L’hôtesse est vraiment adorable et hyper disponible. Elle nous a facilité la vie !

Very clean and super friendly host.

The owner is absolutely adorable, she lives downstairs and she's the most welcoming and helpful. It's a real traditional Thai wooden house, full of charm and character, super clean, comfy bed, AC/drinking water/towel/shared fridge/free coffee, lovely veranda to chill, spotless shared bathrooms. Free bicycle and a great one, I cycled non stop up and down the Mekong for 2 days. It's literally 2 minutes walk from the river and from Chiang Khan walking street. It's on the main road, true, but there's barely any traffic at all after 6/7pm and it's not loud anyway. It has no English name anywhere but Google maps takes you straight there, n.83 as the door says.

Comfortable room with AC, free water and bicycle and right next to the walking street. The owner is so sweet, she gave me rice to give alms to the monks and insisted on giving me a lift to the bus station. If I'm ever back in Chiang Khan I will stay here again.
