Near to Everything Yet in a Rainforest setting

Very quiet area and all the creature comforts needed.....until the AC died.

Minor maintenance needed attention. The property manager was not sure about getting them fixed

Adele was very nice and helped us in everything. Very comfortable and lovely house.

The location was good.

It was a share house common area. This was not explained I thought I was sharing house with owner not another family. Also accessing the accommodation was not explained. Message on door with contact number who I phoned several times but did not answer. This was incredibly stressful. There was a number in the booking which I phoned said to contact through what’s app… I do not have this app so phoned a friend who contacted the owner who explained the set up and what to do to access the room.. very very confusing and very very stressful..

Beautiful setting peaceful and relaxing

I was not happy because I was expecting to be at a big 4 cabin as per the web pages. When I arrived at the big 4 (now Ingenia) there was no booking so I then had to find out where I booked the place. I found it and was told that it was just the room although there was the house to share with other rooms. When my son and I returned from our outing at 11.30 pm. We were questioned about the remote for the air con, which we could not find and after my son was not happy with the situation and voiced it we were then told to leave, which we did. The lady was nice but she is just looking after this place on behalf of the ho.e owner who is currently in Thailand. The house is beautiful and clean etc but the advertising of this situation is not good at all.
