The view.

The host told us we did not have access to kitchen. The room had a small fridge and coffee maker, the cream was spoiled. The outlets in the kitchen did not work.

The silence and the location. Owners very polite and supportive.

The room would have been better if it had own bathroom. And the owners should put a lock on the door, so that the occupant can lock the door from the inside... it affords a sense privacy/security
