Nothing. All the experience was traumatic and bad 👎. I will never recommend this place to anyone. This should be closed. This should not be tied up with Booking.com. It's ruining the brand. It's a big shit! The owners and caretakers are rude and unprofessional. Inconsiderate animals, not even human beings.

The termites, mosquitoes, dirty room, noisy vehicles, but most of them were the rude owners, making a shit of the Iloilo people's reputation. Owners and caretakers were unprofessional and uneducated evils. Karma will come very soon. I dropped my PHP100 bill by accident, and the caretakers denied seeing it. The owners will not replace your towels, bedsheets, and pillows unless they are 3 days old. Can you imagine their policy? Stupid! Evils.

An option for non air-conditioned rooms, but there were lots of bad issues in this place.

Bad attitude of owner, rude responses to a customer like me. The owner told me that towels and bed sheets pillows etc will only be replaced after 3 days? I booked for 8 consecutive days. Sarcastic and inappropriate words I received like they are not a hotel to provide new towel and bedding daily. Can you imagine how unhygienic this place would be? Would you like to use towels and bedsheets for 3 days? This place is not clean as well, even the bathroom. I even killed a cockroach. Termites on the bed. I thought Iloilo people were sweet, but these owners are arrogant and rude. They don't realise that customer should be valued because without them, no business for them.

Comfortable, since the aircon is cold and the bed is very comfy. Simple place but really worth it. Since it is accessible to Iloilo supermarket and the 7/11 is also walking distance whenever you need something in the middle of the night. I will stay here whenever I'll be going back here in Iloilo.

The bathroom and CR sometimes when you really need to use, you can't access immediately if someone uses it since it is shared to everyone in the house but at least the caretaker makes sure that it's clean.
