Cheap, literally by the street so convenient for public transport. staff were polite and accommodating. they allowed me to check in early.

passing jeepneys can be noisy at night. space are very limited too not just the room but the bathroom and toilet as well. the room sockets are also a bit far from the bed. i wish they have literally by the bedside since most people now are playing with their phones whilst in bed. this is less aesthetic compared to the pallet house in gran plains.

very homey feels

They have the worst customer service ever! I reached out to them in advance to inform them of my trip's challenges, but they didn't care! They just want to get more money from the guest instead of helping us. Such a disappointment! They have my money because I paid in advance but they didn't care about my requests at all. I will NEVER ever recommend this place to anyone.

It would be better if water heater would be available because the water is too cold especially in the morning.. But electric kettle is available so if you really wanted a hot water you can use it and boil a water as alternative 😅
