Lokalizacja super, wystój ładny, ciekawa historia budynku

Brak szamponu/płynu do mycia. Brak pilotów do klimatyzacji. Ściany obdrapane. Część szklanek klejące, nieumyte. Dodatkowo wymagana jest kaucja. Pani właścicielka bardzo nieuprzejma, potrafiła zwrócić uwagę na hałas który występuje przy korzystaniu z starych schodów, po których strach się poruszać. Pan właściciel który głównie zajmuje się obiektem bardzo miły i pomocny. Reasumując cena/udogodnienia wygórowane cenowo. Jedynie lokalizacja, historia broni obiekt.
