Location is great, very close to Joshua Tree National Park. Free parking. Kitchen, so you can prep your meals. Obviously, price is great.

We stayed at the "Master" bedroom, it has blurred glass doors with no curtains, so it doesn't block any light. If you're sensitive to light when you sleep, bring a mask or something. If other tenants turn the light in the hallway - your whole room is full of light. The room is located by the entrance, so any time people come in, they turn this light on. One day, it was around midnight, and the person didn't turn off the hallway light after, so I had to get out of bed, and go turn off the light myself, which obviously woke me up and then I couldn't get back to sleep. Very strange decision to have not solid doors in this room, and not install any kind of curtains to at least somehow block the light coming from the hall.

The location is convenient for visiting Joshua Tree National Park and the check-in process was straightforward.

Unfortunately, the property was not clean upon arrival. The kitchen and fridge were dirty, with food leftovers in shared areas, and the overall cleanliness was below acceptable standards. The surrounding environment was also noisy, which made the stay uncomfortable. When we raised our concerns, the owner was not cooperative or responsive. Due to these conditions, we eventually had to leave the property. Additionally, it was not clearly disclosed prior to booking that the bathrooms were shared.

Almost nothing

The hot tub picture is exaggerated from an angle. In reality it looks so small. And the owner didn't leave the home just for guests the cleaner's friends are also sharing the space. The home is not a non smoking area. I found a few of their friends coming and smoking in the patio area, which was supposed to be used by the guests. Bathrooms do not have an exhaust fan. The home overall smells a little weird.

We rented the master bedroom with a private bathroom. It was by no means clean to hosting standards. The floor was dirty and not vacuumed, and the toilet was in horrible condition, they suggest leaving tips for the housekeeper, but it is as if housekeeping is non-existant. Moreover, we had some problems with checking in with the provided code, and we had to ask for a second one. The keybox is probably old and not very well-functioning. The entrance door to the house was frequently left open from other guests.

Love the big kitchen. Hot tub is great as well as all the outdoor seating area!

I guess I drew up question marks about the artwork above the bed in the queen room. There were sound cables dangling and a speaker embedded, and it felt like a secret listening device, but I could be a little paranoid.😆
