• Extremely friendly and helpful staff • Freshly prepared breakfast • Quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle • Clean rooms • Nice pool as an extra bonus • The hotel manager helped me as a beginner scooter rider to safely navigate the hill

• The location is a bit remote; it takes 10–15 minutes to walk to the main street with bars and restaurants • The outdoor bathroom means dealing with insects like centipedes, mosquitoes, and sometimes even a cockroach (though I see it as part of the experience)

The people that work at Edelweiss are the friendliest people ever. They explain everything about Kuta and Lombok, they make very nice breakfast and will leave you to rest as well. The room itself is beautiful, having a outside shower was very nice too.

Nothing, we enjoyed everything.

Room is very clean, good AC despite the lack of insulation. Bed was comfy, breakfast was good especially the variety of fruits. Quiet for a place not far from central Kuta. 15min walking to the center or 4-5 min with scooter. Staff very friendly.

Maybe a little overpriced but overall good.

Fabulous location. Just out of the hustle and bustle of town. My favourite place to stay in Lombok!

The swimming pool does not offer a cool off - it's like a hot bath!

In a quiet sideroad, clean comfortable rooms with nice outside bathroom.Free water refill and coffee. Relaxed atmosphere, helpful staff

The chairs in front of the huts are not very comfortable. The pool area and coffee table need more attention. The old pool chairs should be replaced
