"The owner was rude and argued with us though we had confirmed the booking over the telephone"

The hotel cozy inn cancelled my booking though I had confirmed the booking over the telephone also. My family and myself were left without a hotel room when we reached cozy inn. The owner was very RUDE and shouted at us and argued though it is was his fault.
