The ambience was good. Food they provided was also yummy ☺️

Breakfast was very good, homely stuff, made by their cook. Home-made meals (lunch and dinner) are available on request. Staff was very good, they treated us just like their own family. All the time they asked me if i needed anything and arranged the same. One night before departure, my car broke down. Cozy inn staff (Mr Mayur & Mr Manoj) helped me a lot, they even arranged a local mechanic at 10pm to check my car. Next day, they helped me in taking my car to Tata Workshop and all the time assuring me and providing me all the best possible help to me. After my car was repaired, they even dropped my family members from home stay to Tata workshop as i was leaving for Delhi from workshop itself. In all, a very wonderful experience staying at Cozy Inn. Manager/caretaker Mr Mayur is a very nice person and he takes care of everything you wish for. I rate them as 5 stars for their hospitality and kind support (at the time of my car breakdown)

Excellent property with well disguised employee who all are soo cooperative that can't be described in words,property was very clean and hygienic in short its a must stay property for all those who are coming to explore varanasi city

The rooms are well decor with local art, the paintings has touched my soul. The washrooms are clean and hygienic and all the staffs are very cooperative and very well mannered

The ambiance is enriched by the timeless charm of James Prinsep's old photographs, adding a historical depth to the stay. What truly made our visit special was the hospitality. A heartfelt thanks to Dinesh Ji, the chef, who served every meal with love, care, and the warmth of home. The food was not only delicious but also offered in great quantity and quality at a very reasonable price, which made a big difference during our stay with elderly parents. Special appreciation also goes to Suraj, whose constant support and helpfulness made our trip so much smoother. When traveling with aged parents, such compassion and readiness to help is invaluable. Because of Dinesh Ji and Suraj we managed everything. Hospitality truly matters, and Cozy Inn exemplifies it.

Note to @Mayur Sir: Everything was well maintained and well managed. Just one small feedback — the TV in our room wasn't functional. Kindly look into it for future guests.

Rooms and facilities are not that great.But value for money. Staff is so supportive and helpful.Food is awesome. Will visit again if we go to Kashi though rooms are not that great

The location of property is very convenient and its very close to the Dashashwamedh Ghat. Cozy Inn good for home stay and don't expect anything like hotel or premium. Its as good as home. All facilities available including cab services and boat rental.
