Punsisi Villa

The family is very nice, the location is great and having a kitchen is a plus! Good value for money!

The bed was a bit too hard for my taste but it's OK. The only thing I didn't like so much is that the room didn't get cleaned a lot in comparison to other accommodations I stayed in. But it was OK.

It's a great place in a quiet location and so close to the ocean at the same time. There is a separate one-story house for quests, with two rooms, a shared kitchen and a terrace. Pretty basic but adequate to the price. There is a shop with all the necessities and several fruit/vegetable stalls just nearby. My stay was comfortable, I had enough privacy and enjoyed spending evenings on the terrace.

Great little guesthouse, tucked away just a hundred metres from the main street, but without much noise disturbance off it. Coconut point / beach 3-5 min walking distance, friendly little restaurants in the neighbourhood. Basic but functional and clean rooms (good fan + mosquito net) with a little outdoor area + kitchen to prepare some simple foods / coffee etc. Lovely hosts, who are always ready to help and assist u with any questions, (cheap) laundry, etc. Great value for money, will come back when in the area next time ❤️

Hostess is a politely and friendly madman, I could use kitchen to cook a fish bought from the seaside at my disposition. Nice place for travelers.

I believe this place was really good some time ago, but now it's not. On the positive side - it's very close to the main road to catch a bus to go to another place and the owner didn't care about us at all, we felt completely free. WiFi worked fine. The kitchen was equipped with a gas stove.

It was very dirty during our stay, especially the kitchen area. There was no proper shower - just a piece of pipe in the wall. The electric socket near the bed was broken. It was extremely hot and extremely filled with mosquitos and flies. The bed is short and hard.

The room is value and fair for the price they charge. The host is very kind and know how to deal with guests. And also they are very friendly. Even they asked to bring us noodles from supermarket when we asked that we have to go to town to take the dinner. Bed tea also given by the host for us.Specialy I should say that one is very delicious . If i say about the room the mattress is normal double one. The door is made with aluminium and glass as it shows in pictures ,but it is strong enough. And all furnitures are included which they have mentioned under the description .The room is quite and clean enough . If I say as a summary the room and the host are good . I recommend with 9/10.

I would thanks to them if they had a proper shower than now and if the water pressure would be high and fast.
