Vidushi Home

It was a beautiful, newly built house, with a nice fountain at the shared living room. My room was clean, the host was very friendly and he even called me a TukTuk driver. The general stay was nice and a big supermarket is about 300 meters away. I checked out 3 hours later, without extra pay!!!

Good value for money if you want to stay close to the airport. We really liked the bedtime tea the host made us when we arrived. He also offered an airport tuktuk service (1000lkr), but we chose to use PickMe app, as it was 3x cheaper (got the ride for 320lkr).

The cleanliness of our room could have been better - some corners, lampshades etc hadn’t been dusted in a while and the bathroom could use some deep cleaning as well. Everything else was good though!

We had a late night flight which got further delayed. Our primary aim to book this place was to rest a little before we moved to Kandy. Vidhushi's home was totally a winner for this. Located close to the airport with a wonderful caretaker who was awake all night to open the gate for us. He served us hot tea early morning and ensured that we rest well. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.

I really enjoyed my stay at Vidushi Home! I arrived at night and was warmly welcomed by hospitable and kind owner. He was very kind and caring. I had a great room with all the necessary things. I also liked the garden with bamboo, flowers and bananas!

The host was very welcoming. I did not realise that property takes only cash but they were very accommodating with bank transfer as I didn't had any cash.

The staff was very supportive & room was clean & moreover he arranged a candle light dinner as per special request.
