Зручне розташування. У 5-10 хв залізничний вокзал, заклади харчування, ринок, магазини. Недалеко туристичні локації: водоспад Пробій, Гедзьо-парк, скеля Слон. У кімнаті є все необхідне. Власна ванна кімната. Є спільна кухня з плитою, де можна приготувати їжу. Чисто і затишно. Господарка пані Оксана дуже приємна. Дозволила раніше заселитися та пізніше виїхати, оскільки потяг був вечірній.
