Close to the beach and amazingly clean

Location is wonderful. Whole place very peaceful, so relaxing. A very special place.

Room was a bit dark, but plenty of other spaces to sit. Would have liked more lighting around property at night when walking back to it. But minor issues in general scheme of things.

Practically by the beach.The house has lots of charm and sheds and plants. The environment gives the relaxing vibe.

The shops like bakery and small market are a little bit far. Like 15 mins walk though! But can be done WITHOUT any problem.

Location, location, location! The house is situated in the dunes right next to the beach, you can see & hear the ocean from your bedroom window (side view but ok). - there is a large terrace outside with sunbeds - the bed was comfortable - bathroom clean, small shower though but for the rest excellent water pressure & heat - communal kitchen: tidy, everything you need is there - communal space: large living/dining room to share - easy to get to by taxi and bus - there is a small supermarket on walking distance and some restaurants - a super place to relax and unwind!

- room and shower a bit on the small side but nothing that would stop me from going here again, very good price quality!

The location is just amazing! The feeling is like your are on your own island with not many people around! amazing beach, ocean and lots of bunnies everywhere 😍 Also Claudia is so welcoming host! It was a pleasure to stay in this accommodation! Really calming and quite property. Perfect place for swimming, laying on the beach, reading books and watching the sunsets.

This is not something about property. It’s just you need to be aware that there is not some many cafes around. There only 1 Italian restaurant with pizzas and pastas (15 mins walk) and 1 Portuguese restaurant on the beach (15 mins walk). And a small supermarket (also 15 mins walk). So the best would be if right after arriving to the island you will go shopping to pingo doce in the center of city and buy all food you will be eating and cooking.

The location

This was the second time when I was at Theresias. I love the whole place as it is. Very familiar place. The owners running amazingly the hotel. I highly recommend this small, family accomodation for anyone.
